No. For your property to be rezoned, you would need to make a request to rezone your property to the Community Development Department, attend a formal pre-application meeting with County staff, and pay a fee when you submit a formal application for a rezoning.
When an applicant applies for a rezoning or Conditional Use Permit, the applicant is asked by County staff to hold a neighborhood meeting before moving onto the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisor Meetings for a formal vote. This means there will be three opportunities for you to participate in-person during the rezoning process.
