This was our family’s third visit to this location and by very far the worst. We reserved in September with a request to have our two cabins together but instead we were assured AFTER we arrived that at least they were on the same road. Very drafty and cold in cabin 57 where the fireplace was. No welcome package was received or parking pass given by the front desk (we had to get it from the guard at the gate) but a $400 deposit was required to receive our key cards. After requesting a space heater for cabin 57 specifically, it was instead delivered to cabin 84 with a $100 gift certificate to the restaurant in the lodge where it stayed for the remainder of the day until the other half of our party came back, the gift certificate was a nice gesture but just too little, too late, so it was ultimately returned to the front desk. After arriving we are discouraged to find out their having a great deal of issues with their Wi-Fi but no worries they say we will put you on a waiting list for a personal hotspot, well that never came but we would have been next in line if only we would have stayed another day but I would simply say NO THANK YOU!!!!
To sum it up terrible experience……my family and I never have intentions of going back…..if you are thinking of going please do yourself a huge favor and reconsider

This is our go to getaway that is only an hour and a half from our home. Very peaceful, but a lot of amenities are not available during the winter months, and the indoor pool is being remodeled.
