Typically, I adore my Big Cheese-However, the last few times we have tried to order Big Cheese, the phone has been off the hook.
The phone has been off the hook on three separate occasions now, when we've tried to order. Coming from the food industry myself, it's obvious that is what's going on, especially after we drive up find the same employee working the phone every time. With other employees working the phone, this isn't an issue.
All I want to do is order pizza but this phone issue always gets in the way. Hoping that Big Cheese can find a solution to this soon! I miss my Big Cheese :/
