Is there anything more American than a county fair? The Louisa County Fair will prove hard to beat this year! Every corner of Walton Park in Mineral will have an exciting attraction for all ages.
Learn about Louisa County’s agricultural community by visiting the local 4-H Livestock club barns, where they will have their project animals in the show ring all weekend. Head over to the petting zoo, parade of breeds, and pony rides for more hands-on animal fun. Exhibits from local groups like the Louisa County Historical Society will build cultural learning opportunities all weekend.
Live music will be playing throughout the weekend on the Community Stage and the Main Stage. We kick off the Main Stage on Thursday night with American Pride, a Statler Brothers Tribute band. The sound of bluegrass music throughout the park will be nostalgic and family friendly. The beer truck will be open every evening, and with various local food vendors onsite you never have to leave! Except when the fair closes at 10PM every night, of course. But we hope you come back the next day for continued fun!
The fair will wrap up on Saturday night with 90’s country band Little Texas taking stage at 8PM. This year marks 35 years since their debut single, “Some Guys Have All the Love,” hit country radio and quickly became a Top 10 breakthrough, launching one of the most memorable runs of hits of the 90s country era.

- No outside food/drink
- Bring cash for visiting Vendor Row, which will feature over 70 vendors this year! The internet and cell reception in the park is not always reliable. Best to have a backup plan.
- Wear sunscreen + bug spray!
- Follow live updates on the Louisa County Fair Facebook page. We anticipate parking lots to fill up, and NEW for 2026 there will be a tram route throughout the town of Mineral. We will post as the situation evolves throughout the weekend to keep everyone informed to the best of our ability.
