Awareness Festival

Awareness Festival Flyer

Autistic individuals of all ages and their families will have the opportunity to make connections with local businesses and nonprofits that provide services to the Autism community while enjoying food, music, games, and performances in an inclusive environment.

As of 2023, the CDC estimates 1 in 36 children are diagnosed with Autism. So, our annual Festival not only helps raise awareness about and acceptance of Autism.

About our fest.

Our Annual LCSO Project First Responder Special Needs and Autism Festival is an opportunity to meet new friends, network, connect with all the resources available in the Louisa County area, and also have a fun-filled family day! Most of all, it is a time to celebrate the individuality, and many gifts and contributions, our friends and family with special needs and autism bring to our community. So come on out and celebrate with us and join in creating a world where everyone in the special needs community is connected to the support they need and when they need it.

Some of what our festival will feature this year include:

  • Information Booths
  • Bounce Houses
  • Animals
  • Face Painting
  • Resource Agencies
  • Craft Vendors
  • Magicians
  • Merchandise Vendors
  • Food, Drinks, Music, and more!!!
