Come move through all of the Tai Chi for Health basic forms: Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Diabetes, and Tai Chi for Beginners, then into Tai Chi for Energy. As we go from one to another we have a chance to enjoy finding what is special about the depth of Tai Chi: poster, song and jing. Meghan Bryant, Master Trainer for Tai Chi for Health, will lead you through the series of forms and looks forward to hearing which form you enjoy most. You may also attend one or more of these classes for $6 drop in fee.
